The Team

Nick Pavey, General Manager, takes the business to the next level. Nick has immense experience in premier customer service, supply chain, and operations management. Nick married his high school sweetheart Rachel, and is the proud father of two rambunctious toddlers and a set of twins. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Marketing Management degree, and has worked as a JB Hunt Fleet Manager, Pine Cove Christian Camps Camp Director, and a Target Distribution Operations Manager. Nick's passion is to create amazing opportunities for families to draw closer to one another and their Creator. He is a strong believer that ForeverLawn can equip people to do just that!

Jason Delph, Sales Manager, has never met a stranger. As a Dallas native with a passion for connecting with people, Jason puts his natural talents and sales experience to work by developing strong partnerships with ForeverLawn Texas clients. Jason married his high school sweetheart, Rachael, and they have been blessed with three almost four precious kids. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Communications and has worked as a Beaulieu Flooring Sales Manager and Watermark Community Church Student Minister. Jason’s focuses include providing excellent customer service, client education, and promoting the best synthetic grass solution in the industry!

Michael Hyde, Director of Operations, strives to create a one-of-a-kind customer experience. He’s passionate about creating a world-class organization focused on quality and customer service. A graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Agricultural Business, he’s spent his career focused on professionalizing and growing business operations. He and his wife Leigh Ann have one son, Nathan, and live in Bedford, Tx. As an outdoor enthusiast, Michael’s excited to help maximize your outdoor space with the installation of a premium synthetic turf.

Lauren Westbrook, Sales Representative – Dallas, is a Dallas native and loves to bring quality solutions to her clients. A Texas A&M graduate, majoring in Business Marketing, Lauren brings that forward in every job. Being from the area, Lauren not only knows her city, she knows what her clients are looking for before they do. Working as a buyer for Steve Madden and seeing both sides of the business, she has a sharp attention to detail on each project. Her down time is full of experiencing Dallas for all it has to offer and travelling anywhere and everywhere.

Wyatt Smith, Sales Representative – Fort Worth, is a born-and-raised Texan. Graduating from Tarleton State University in Business, his natural charm and friendly demeanor is the first thing to notice. With professionalism, he has been an assistant football and track coach, bringing with him the lessons that apply to the field and life. A triathlon participant, Wyatt is committed to providing his customers with the same excellence he brings forward to his athletic endeavors off the clock.

Jonny Carter, Sales Representative - Collin County, has a strong passion for helping others and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Jonny graduated from Texas Tech University with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in public relations. He and his fiance Hayley along with their three year old daughter, Tatum Blake, live in Frisco, TX. Jonny loves spending time with family and friends on the weekend and enjoys traveling, playing sports, and everything outside.

Meghan Rogers, Administrator - is our jack-of-all-trades. The only team member not from Texas, Meghan brings a different view from her many experiences throughout the country. Enjoying family time the most, Meghan spends moments not at work, with her husband Matt and first born, DJ. Expecting their second in February, she is committed to bringing the same excitement to her position. As the administrator, Meghan assists in not only the day to day needs of the company, but also the needs of each and every client. A natural customer service provider, she loves to be able to provide a strong support to our team and understanding to every client.

Robby Mayne, Sales Representative - East Texas, loves to serve others and to help them with whatever needs they might have. He is gifted at problem solving, customer service, and developing strong relationships. Robby lives in Tyler, TX, and is married to his beautiful wife Mallory. They currently have two kids, with a third due April 2020. He is a proud graduate of LSU, where he earned a degree in Marketing and a minored in Speech Communication. After graduation, he worked at Pine Cove Christian Camps where he was the Towers Camp Director. He also is a licensed Realtor in Tyler, TX, and is heavily invested in the local community there. Robby is excited about helping create spaces where people can enjoy one another and create community!

Jon DIshongh, Commercial Accounts Manager, is new to the Dallas area, but not new to client service and personal integrity. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a History concentration from Texas Tech University, he launched a successful landscaping business in the Texas Hill Country. His success there is largely due to putting client needs first and earning a reputation for being trustworthy. Jon married his college sweetheart, Chelsie, eight years ago and they are the proud parents of a very energetic and inquisitive one-year-old son. His family enjoys exploring the Dallas area and finding new fun places for the family. Jon chose to become part of the Foreverlawn team because he saw the passion and dedication that his coworkers have for their customers and their projects.

Luis Garza – Commercial Accounts Manager, couldn’t be a more personable and driven team member. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Luis lives there with his wife of 11 years, Martha and their two wonderful children, Maximiliano and Annalucia. Looking to travel the world with family, Luis also enjoys riding and fixing motorcycles in his spare time. A graduate of Westwood College, majoring in Architectural Computer Aided Design, as well as a US Marine Corps veteran Luis brings determination and excellence to the ForeverLawn team. Luis has over 10 years of experience as a Warranty Manager and Operations Analyst with his previous company, which gives him incredible attention to detail in all projects he manages and shows his loyalty to not only his business endeavors but his clients as well.
